A single bowl of this is a full meal and is nutrient dense providing a great deal of protein, probiotics, and a omega-3 fatty acids. It has high fiber content and is a low carb option for those of you who would like to remain in ketosis, but miss oatmeal. Without the berries, shaved coconut, and walnuts, this dish can also be heated and be served warm. When left to sit overnight, the hemp hearts absorb a great deal of the extra liquid leave you with a thick and hearty breakfast dish.
